Species of Ashirion

The Playable Species on Ashirion are:

Felin Proud and noble humanoid cross-big cat creatures who have a tribal and shamanistic society.

Elves Ancient beings of forgotten lore, who make their homes in a variety of places, old and near immortal.

Dwarves Sturdy folk of the mountains, they hold many secrets in their cavernous homes and keep themselves to themselves mostly.

Half-Elves Neither elf nor full human, they live on the fringes of both societies and spend their time flitting from one to the next.

Humans The most prolific of all the species, these are gifted with extra points at the beginning chargen, to simulate their rapid expansion and adaption to the world.

Foxlin Humanoid, anthro, foxes who have a love of magic and tend to be intelligent, quick thinkers and excell at the eclectic arts. Foxlin that do not follow this trend are considered, wild and treated with light hearted scorn by their peers.

Ishanti Intelligent, manipulative, clever creatures that were thought all gone. They have a love of collecting things, usually interesting people. They do not see themselves as slavers at all, for they have a wildly popular Winged Elf nature preserve where these lovely creatures can be monitored and protected.

Iltyr Mysterious Dark Elves whose society revolves around technology and magic.

Fae Older than many beings, save the Shakari, these are those that predate the elves and are the bloodline from which all elf kind flows. Ancient, immortal and highly arrogant.

Wolvren Large Anthro beings that are barbaric and tempramental to the extreme. The Wolvren of Ashirion are likened to a furry blender of teeth and claws.

Cattans Once a prolific and proud Anthro 'Big Cat' race, these are the mirror of the Wolvren, save that they are arrogant, proud and entirely too self-centered for their own good. This is one of the reasons, their decadant society has been destroyed in the last Shadow War.

Shakari Noble proud and sometimes arrogant, the Shakari are the ancient protectors of the world, they are the first race that set foot on the planet. These are a highly specialised race who require the ultimate commitment to play.

Eldrin The mirror of the Shakari, these were created in answer to the Wolf beings, by the Cat Lord. He just didn't want to be left out.
