OOC - GM's

From time to time you may encounter an OOC-GM character on the Grid, either Visible or Invisible, they have every right to be there and are usually running a scene in a IC area, or have arrived to intercede with a ruling. They also have every right to be Invisible when running the Scene, so I will not respond to complaints about them being Dark/Invis in an IC area, when in a OOC area they should be Visible and easily seen.
