Comtitles

Some guidelines have been decided on regarding comtitles:

1: Under no circumstances are offensive comtitles to be set.

2: Flashing comtitles are very irritating, and can cause epileptics to go into a seizure. As a result, these comtitles are also not allowed.

3: Reverse ansi comtitles - although not as irritating as flashing comtitles, they are irritating nonetheless. It is requested that these are not set either.

4: Random Comtitles should not be set unless you have Wolf' permission to do so...
